Xotel - Xanten

No reason to complain, the venue met needs, recommend it. I was happy with hotel's particularly good and comfortable location in the middle of jackson.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in this area.

The rooms were really clean and it was convenient to park right here. the location was awesome - we were super close to Selfie-point and the Klever Tor spot. 🚗

Self-check-in problem, wasted time and frustrating.

Secure bike storage is available for cycling enthusiasts, and the hotel also has a large garden with outdoor seating.

The check-in process can be complicated and time-consuming, as some guests experienced difficulties with the self-check-in machines.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming town and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. The hotel provided all the basic amenities I needed and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent hair dryer provided, as it made drying my hair a breeze. The bike storage facilities were convenient for my outdoor adventures. I also appreciated the option to purchase wine and beer upon arrival. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome. a great place to stay!

I always stay at my favorite place for its friendly staff and great service. They even helped me with an insect bite once! It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, coffee shop, and a flat-screen TV. I am coming back soon for another trip.

The guestrooms at Xotel are absolutely fantastic! The beds are so cozy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for me, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Plus, having two connected double rooms was perfect for our group!

Some people might find the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms a bit overwhelming, but that's just my personal preference.

Our check-in experience at Xotel was a bit frustrating as we encountered some issues with the self-check-in machine. We spent a good amount of time trying to figure it out and even had to reach out for assistance. the owner was nearby and eventually came to help, providing a refund and even free drinks as compensation. Although not the smoothest start, the owner was attentive to our needs.

I absolutely loved the private patio that came with Room 3, perfect for someone like me who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The cute and clean rooms were a bonus, and the backyard with tables and chairs was a great addition. The stocked fridge with affordable beverages and the coffee maker in the room were also much appreciated.

The only downside was that our check-in process was a bit of a hassle. However, once we got past that, everything felt almost like at home, with the staff willing to accommodate our needs without any trouble.
